Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in community organizing, crisis intervention, and family and parent coaching. My work centers self-directed healing, truth telling, and culturally grounded care. I create a safe space for clients—especially those from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities—to decompress, re-evaluate, and grow. I draw from evidence-based practices to honor each person’s lived experience and support increased insight, discernment, empowerment, and improved health outcomes. As part of Inspired Leadership, a whole-health wellness practice, I value healing that integrates mind, body, and community.

My approach to therapy

My approach begins with you—your truth, your pace, and your goals. I meet clients where they are and support them in deciding where they want to go next. I view therapy as one of many pathways to healing, especially for those navigating trauma, identity, and systemic stressors. Sessions may include grounding skills, boundary work, collaborative problem solving, or processing grief and transition. They may also include laughter, storytelling, and reconnecting with parts of yourself that deserve space. My work is holistic and culturally attuned, and aligns with my personal commitment to healing and wellness.

What you can expect from me

Beginning or returning to therapy can feel vulnerable, especially after difficult past experiences. Our first session is a space to explore your goals, concerns, strengths, and any hesitations you may have about the therapeutic process. I listen deeply and work with you to identify what support feels most meaningful and sustainable. Together, we’ll begin shaping attainable, measurable goals that can strengthen your relationships, expand your opportunities, and improve your overall well-being. My intention is to create a grounded, culturally affirming environment where you feel safe enough to tell the truth of your experiences and supported enough to move forward.
