Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood and respected. My approach is down to earth, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel safer, calmer and more confident in your life. Together, we'll work at your pace to explore what's getting in the way and build practical tools that truly help. You don't have to do this alone.

My approach to therapy

I blend CBT and attachment theory to help clients gain insight and develop real-life tools. We explore how early experiences shape current thoughts, emotions and relationships, while also building practical skills to manage stress, anxiety and emotional challenges. My style is warm, collaborative and grounded, creating a space where growth feels supported and achievable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on understanding your story and and your goals. We'll talk about what's been challenging, what's worked before, and what you'd like to change. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself. Together, we'll outline goals and next steps so that therapy feels manageable and helpful from the start.
