Great to meet you!

Throughout my counseling career I have found myself drawn to holistic, relational, mindfulness-based and somatic trainings. I have studied Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems, all of which allow me to meet with clients in a creative and grounded way. I found that this background has best allowed me to help highly sensitive, people pleasers. Additionally, I specialize in working with folks struggling with anxiety, overachieving, setting boundaries and self-doubt.

My approach to therapy

I believe in an egalitarian relationship, meaning we step out of the hierarchical healing systems we are familiar with and work together to find your unique goals and outcomes. During sessions we will explore your internal world through somatic interventions, inner child work and/or understanding your nervous system. Through this process I have clients gain more conscious awareness, which creates more space for choice and change.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about holding a warm, accepting and healing space. My biggest priority during our time together is to help you feel safe, connected, and understood, in and out of session. I hope to empower you to know yourself and feel confident in who you are!
