Great to meet you!

It's time to stop ghosting yourself. If you're someone who starts the day with a plan that seems to always go sideways... This will be the week you clear the chair piled with clothes, follow the routine you created, complete the paperwork, or finally catch up at work. But procrastination, time blindness, perfectionism, and overwhelm keep interrupting your intentions. Then comes the negative self-talk and the familiar question: Why can’t I just do what I said I would do? That's where our work together comes in.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD, including those who suspect they may be neurodivergent but do not have a formal diagnosis. And women whose symptoms have changed due to perimenopause or menopause.

This is not your mom’s sit-on-the-couch talk therapy.

Our work is collaborative, action-oriented, and strategy-based. Together, we identify where fight, flight, or freeze responses are taking over. We examine the old internal rules directing your choices, such as needing a deadline to begin, believing everything must be done perfectly, or feeling that rest has to be earned.

Then we build practical routines, habits, boundaries, and systems that reduce anxiety, rebuild self-trust, and make daily life easier to manage.

I exclusively offer 30-minute Executive Functioning Therapy sessions for neurodivergent adults. These meetings are intentionally brief so we can stay focused, avoid getting lost in too many rabbit holes, and leave with a clear plan.

This approach requires more than attending a session. Between appointments, you may complete worksheets, track personal data, practice a new routine, or test different strategies. When we meet again, we review what happened, adjust the plan, and build on what you learned.

It’s time to stop ghosting yourself and gain the skills to show up and love your life.

My approach to therapy

Many neurodivergent adults are looking for more than a place to talk about why life feels hard. They want practical skills and strategies that create meaningful, lasting change. As a creative arts therapist, former special education teacher, and menopause coach, I bring an educational, conversational, and solution-focused approach to our work. Come as you are, ready to work collaboratively, test new strategies, and practice what we develop between sessions. Together, we’ll create routines and solutions that work with your brain and make daily life easier to manage.

What you can expect from me

In a first session expect us to explore your history with ADHD. Whether that's discussing treatment and medications, or symptoms, strategies you've tried and where you're at now. We'll put together a data sheet, focusing on what you're experiencing, anxiety, burnout, menopause and ADHD symptoms. We'll work together initially through education, tracking symptoms and creating baseline data so that we build skills and solutions based on you, not generic.
