Great to meet you!

AuDHD Latina therapist for adults who look like they have it together and are quietly falling apart. TX + NM. ADHD + AuDHD therapy & evals.

My approach to therapy

We specialize in adult ADHD and AuDHD, the co-occurrence of ADHD and autism, from both clinical training and lived experience.

Our approach is collaborative, affirming, and practical. Sessions feel more like a real conversation than a clinical one. We look at what's actually happening in your life, your patterns, your history, your week, and test small, specific changes instead of prescribing blanket solutions. If something doesn't work, that's not a failure. That's data.

We work with adults who've been trying harder than everyone around them and still feeling behind. Whether you're exploring evaluation for the first time, have a diagnosis you never fully understood, or are starting to wonder if autism is part of the picture, our practice is built to hold the whole thing. Not just part of it. Telehealth only, TX and NM.

What you can expect from me

Our clients are adults who've suspected ADHD for years, finally have a diagnosis that still doesn't explain everything, or are starting to wonder if autism is part of the picture too. They're often the capable one, holding everything together while quietly running on empty underneath. Many have been dismissed before or handed advice that didn't stick. They want real clarity, language for what they've been living, and support from someone who gets it, clinically and personally.
