Great to meet you!

I obtained a bachelors degree in philosophy in 2013 at Presbyterian College and a masters degree in clinical counseling at the Citadel Graduate College in 2018. I am an independently licensed professional counselor in the state of South Carolina and a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of North Carolina. I have experience working with clients of all ages and various walks of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach as a therapist is person-centered, meaning that I focus on what is important for the client to address in therapy. My primary specialty is treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, which I utilize a combination of Exposure and Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques.

What you can expect from me

I strive to be genuine in sessions, which often looks like humor, warmth, and practical. I highly value connection with my clients and prioritize nourishing the therapeutic relationship in each session with a client. My goal is to help my client learn more about themselves in a curious and nonjudgmental stance, while focusing on improving their overall quality of life.
