What you can expect from me

I like to start our introductory session by getting to know you and what you hope to gain by coming to therapy. We'll work together to come up with a path toward healing and growth.

We may go over a lot of information in that first session, but as we progress, the hope is that I will provide you a safe space where you can feel supported as you work through the struggles, challenges and hardships that brought you to this point.
