Great to meet you!

Welcome to your growth and healing journey! My name is Victoria Thompson and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I received my Bachelor of Science and my Master of Science in Counselor Education specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling, both received from East Carolina University. I specialize in helping individuals rediscover themselves. I enjoy working with individuals to better manage their depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are. Together we will create self-identified goals and implement actions to get you to where you want to be mentally and emotionally. I utilize reality therapy, strengths-based, CBT, and existential therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a therapist to inspire, advocate, and educate them to become their best selves despite hurt and life circumstances. Sometimes we aren't responsible for our hurt, be we are responsible for how we heal. Together we will create goals and actions to take you to your highest potential.
