Great to meet you!

I grew up in southern NJ and began my career following several traumatic events that radically challenged my life. I explored my life’s purpose and began to find ways to help others as a result of being unable to find the help I needed. Surviving trauma influenced my approach to my work with college students, couples, families, and adults. My approach is dialectical and as a DBT certified clinician I offer life skills that are practical, easy to recall, and allow for change.
