Great to meet you!

Welcome to a space of care, balance, and renewal. I’m Vida Robb, a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of nursing experience and a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. I specialize in adult, adolescent, and child psychiatry, providing compassionate, evidence-based care for challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, addiction, and schizophrenia.

My approach is holistic and personalized. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while honoring each individual’s unique story, culture, and goals. Whether you’re overcoming obstacles, seeking stability, or striving for growth, I tailor treatment plans to meet your needs and walk with you every step of the way. Patients often describe me as approachable and down-to-earth, and I strive to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Outside of my work, I’m a proud mother of three preteen daughters. Whether we’re biking, roller skating, or exploring new destinations, family life inspires my passion for helping others live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Above all, my goal is to ease the fears or uncertainties you may feel about seeking help. From our first meeting, you’ll be met with compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to your well-being. Together, we’ll navigate your path toward healing and a healthier future.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is both personal and holistic. I believe every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued. That means I don’t just focus on symptoms — I look at the whole picture: your mind, body, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we create a treatment plan that’s tailored specifically to you, blending evidence-based medicine with a warm, down-to-earth style that puts you at ease.

Patients often share that they feel comfortable opening up with me because I genuinely listen and meet them where they are. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other challenges, my goal is to empower you to not only manage symptoms but also to build resilience and achieve lasting wellness.

At the heart of my care is partnership. I walk alongside you every step of the way, helping you navigate challenges while celebrating progress. With me, you won’t feel like “just another patient” — you’ll be treated with dignity, compassion, and a commitment to helping you live a fuller, healthier life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is not only to help manage symptoms but to give you practical tools, fresh perspective, and renewed confidence that you can apply in everyday life. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of your challenges, strategies to overcome them, and the reassurance that you are not facing this journey alone.

Many of my clients share that they walk away with a sense of relief — knowing they have a safe space where their voice matters and a trusted partner who truly listens. Over time, you can expect to build resilience, improve balance in your daily life, and experience meaningful progress toward the healthier, more fulfilling life you deserve.

With me, sessions are more than appointments — they are stepping stones toward lasting wellness.
