I have served OH and MI areas for over 2 decades. Once specializing in children, now I enjoy working with preteens, teens, and adults who can participate more actively in their treatment. I started specializing in trauma in 2016 after I completed extensive training.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy as people are also multifaceted. I do use EMDR when appropriate as I’ve seen it change the outlook of many people with trauma histories.
At our first session, you’ll tell me about why you’re seeking counseling and any related information. We will also discuss your overall mental health history. We will then begin to formulate goals for therapy.
