Great to meet you!

I hope to offer a humanistic, integrative helping hand to clients experiencing aspects of anxiety, depression, interpersonal relational challenges or behavioral and chemical addictions. As well as major life transformations such as marriage, divorce or personal loss. Plus, a prior business managerial background helps expands my awareness of workplace – related issues, vocational stress and potential career changes.

My approach to therapy

I create an environment where we start with a Lifestyle Assessment to help understand where you are, where you may want to focus and work on. You can expect changes that you may be considering and desirable for us to explore for potential achievement with some structured approaches that are realistic and meaningful for you. Mutual collaboration is always emphasized to help you progress on your journey.

What you can expect from me

You can expect clarity, improved confidence and self -understanding. Including, an understanding and modification of behavioral and cognitive patterns that may be challenging and limiting your true potential. Unlocking the freedom to express yourself fully and authentically.
