Great to meet you!

I’m a warm and affirming therapist who believes healing happens in a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported. My approach is collaborative and grounded—I work with you to understand your story, identify patterns, and build the skills that help you move toward the life you want.

I have experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and self‐worth. My work is informed by CBT, mindfulness, and strengths‐based perspectives, and I tailor each session to your needs and pace.

Clients often describe me as calm, steady, and easy to talk to. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to explore deeply and empowered enough to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and affirming. I believe people heal best in a space where they feel respected, understood, and supported. I work collaboratively with clients, helping them explore their experiences, identify patterns, and build practical skills that support meaningful change.

I draw from CBT, mindfulness‐based strategies, and insight‐oriented work, tailoring each session to your needs and pace. I aim to create a calm, grounded environment where you can slow down, reflect, and feel safe enough to do deeper emotional work.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to build a foundation. I take a collaborative and affirming approach, so we’ll explore your concerns, your strengths, and what you want therapy to help you shift or understand.

We’ll clarify your goals, talk through what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past, and outline a direction for our work together. Clients often leave the first session feeling more grounded, hopeful, and clear about what the next steps will look like.
