Aloha! I am dually licensed as a marriage and family therapist and a mental healthy counselor in the state of Hawaii. I have been in practice for over two decades with experience, in the private sector as well as with active duty and retired military members and their families. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My professional background focuses on helping clients address addiction, family dynamics, parenting struggles, and emotional resilience. I bring a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences and develop meaningful strategies for positive change. My work is deeply rooted in understanding the unique story of each person, with a particular sensitivity to the needs of older adults seeking support.
