Great to meet you!

Taking the step to seek support isn’t easy, and I want to honor the courage it takes to be here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Life Coach, and retired Army veteran who believes caring for your mental health is essential to living a balanced, fulfilling life. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves. I work with teens and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or major life transitions, and I strive to meet you with respect, compassion, and understanding.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should fit you, not the other way around. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT with a client-centered, solution-focused style, so our work feels both supportive and practical. We’ll move at your pace, working together to understand what’s been weighing on you and to build skills that support real change. In sessions, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you’re heard, gently challenged, and supported as you grow in confidence and coping.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a place to start, no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you hope will change. Together, we’ll begin shaping goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and a bit more hopeful about what’s possible as we move forward.
