Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and judgment-free environment. I work collaboratively with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health challenges.

My goal is to help clients better understand their mental health, develop effective coping strategies, and create a treatment plan that aligns with their unique needs and goals. I believe every individual deserves personalized care that respects their experiences, values, and strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and client-centered. I combine thorough psychiatric evaluations, medication management when appropriate, and supportive, evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve lasting wellness. I prioritize open communication, shared decision-making, and creating a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another. I'll ask about your mental health history, current concerns, lifestyle, medical history, and treatment goals so I can develop a comprehensive understanding of your needs. Together, we'll discuss potential treatment options, answer any questions you have, and create a personalized plan that helps you move toward feeling your best. My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
