Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Vivian Tantoh, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma-related symptoms. My goal is to create a warm and respectful environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their treatment.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, wellness-focused approach to care that considers each client’s mental health, physical health, lifestyle, and personal goals. I work collaboratively with clients to create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, education, healthy lifestyle strategies, and ongoing support. My goal is to empower clients to better understand their health and feel confident participating in decisions about their care.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I will take time to understand your concerns, symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and treatment goals. We will discuss how your mental health is affecting your daily life and review any previous treatments or medications. Together, we will identify your needs and begin developing a personalized care plan. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps in your care.
