Great to meet you!

My name is Vonzolla Elliot, but I go by Monique. I am a cofounder of Savvy Wellness Center which I helped build with a clear purpose: to redefine what healing looks and feels like. With over five decades of combined experience in mental health, physical medicine, and holistic care, Mishael (Our primary care provider & my co-founder) and I wanted to create a world where your primary care doctor and your therapist can work side by side to elevate your care and make it cohesive.

I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and emotional wellness, while Mishael brings deep expertise in physical rehabilitation and regenerative care. Mishael can also support MAT (addiction recovery). Together at our practice, this means science and the mind can work in harmony.

My approach to therapy

With 25 years of experience in mental health, I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, grief, relationship challenges, divorce, anger, self-esteem concerns, bullying, self-harm, domestic violence, sexual abuse, spiritual concerns, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, and other life challenges.

What you can expect from me

I use cognitive therapy alongside other therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs and goals. My role is to partner with you throughout the process—not to judge or tell you what to do, but to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, and move forward with greater confidence. I welcome the opportunity to support you on your healing journey.
