Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe in building healthier people, families, and communities, and I carry that mission into every session. I bring warmth, cultural humility, and deep clinical experience to every session. I have worked with military families, children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of settings. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or a major life change, I offer a space where you are genuinely seen and heard. I would love to be part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

Expect warmth wrapped in compassion while being guided by clinical expertise. I use CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Empowerment Theory, Trauma Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing. My motto is, "Everyone knows something you don't." I remain open to learning authentically from my clients.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed conversation. I will ask about what has been weighing on you and what you hope your life could look like. Together we will build a plan at your pace and toward your goals. Most people leave that first appointment feeling heard, a little lighter, and with a clearer sense of the path ahead.
