Great to meet you!

You've spent years showing up for everyone else. I specialize in helping you finally show up for yourself.

With over 30 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I work with caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, and fellow helpers who are running on empty — and who deserve more than survival mode. My approach is trauma-informed, liberation-centered, and built around the belief that healing is not a luxury. It's your right.

I know this work requires someone who understands the particular weight that helpers carry — the compassion fatigue, the boundary erosion, the quiet grief of giving so much for so long. In our work together, you won't just cope. You'll recover, reclaim, and rebuild.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct, warm, and deeply practical — because insight without application only goes so far.

I integrate trauma-informed care, interpersonal therapy, and cognitive behavioral approaches to help you make sense of what you're carrying and figure out what to do with it. We'll look at the thought patterns and relationship dynamics that keep showing up, and we'll build strategies that actually fit your life — not a textbook version of it.

I believe healing happens in relationship, which means our work together matters. You'll be seen here. You'll be challenged here. And you'll have room to grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

From the first session, you'll notice this isn't a space where you have to perform wellness or pretend you're further along than you are. Bring the real version.

Together we'll work on the things that brought you here — the burnout, the anxiety, the weight of always being the strong one — and begin moving you toward something that actually feels sustainable. Not just coping. Recovering. Reclaiming. Finding your way back to yourself.

You'll get practical tools, honest reflection, and a therapist who genuinely believes your healing matters — not just your functioning.
