Great to meet you!

You may be feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, especially if you’ve experienced trauma, toxic relationships, or emotional pain that keeps resurfacing. It can feel overwhelming trying to move forward while still carrying the weight of the past. You don’t have to do this alone. I provide a supportive space where you can begin to understand your story, break free from old patterns, and move toward a more peaceful, meaningful, and purpose-driven life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in meeting you where you are. I create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. Clients often feel relief in reconnecting with themselves and their sense of purpose. When you’re ready, we can take the next step together toward healing and the life you deserve.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, toxic relationship patterns, and struggles with self-worth and identity. In therapy, I help you understand your experiences, break trauma bonds, set healthy boundaries, and develop skills that support healing, confidence, and meaningful life change.

What you can expect from me

You can rebuild self-worth and identity; learn to trust again; understand your life story; create meaning from your past; and develop and execute healthy life goals. You hold the power to change what is not working for you and implement skills that move you towards the beautiful life you deserve. You are not alone - I will walk alongside you!
