Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Hawaii, and I'm building a private practice through Headway to connect with clients via Telehealth. I work with individual adults who are navigating life's challenges and looking for a therapist who's genuinely invested in their growth. I bring patience, consistency, and real commitment to every client relationship.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, I believe the best therapy happens when you feel truly heard, not judged. I take time to understand your unique story and what's bringing you in before we develop a plan together. I bring warmth and flexibility to every session, because no two clients are the same.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and making sure we're a good fit. I'll ask about what's been on your mind, what's brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping to work on. My goal is for you to leave that first meeting feeling understood and with a clear sense of how we'll move forward together.
