Great to meet you!

I provide warm, whole-person psychiatric care for women, children and adolescents/young adults.

My approach considers the connection between mental health, physical health, hormones, sleep, stress, and daily life. As a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience, I bring both a medical and psychiatric perspective to treatment.

I work with women navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, PMDD, hormonal mood changes, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.

I also provide age-appropriate, neurodiversity-affirming care for children and teens experiencing ADHD, anxiety, school stress, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, body image concerns, and executive functioning challenges. Parents and caregivers are meaningfully involved in the treatment process

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I take time to understand the full picture, including your symptoms, sleep, stress, physical health, hormones, relationships, and life experiences.

You can expect a safe, judgment-free space where your questions are welcome. When medication is appropriate, I explain your options clearly and work with you to find a plan that feels realistic and supportive.

My goal is to help you feel more balanced, focused, and like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what has been going on.

We will review your symptoms, mental and medical history, medications, sleep, stress, and goals for treatment. I will explain your options clearly, answer your questions, and work with you to create a practical plan that may include medication when appropriate.

You can expect to leave with a better understanding of your symptoms and clear next steps.
