Great to meet you!

Asking for help is often a hard thing to do. Its a big step and I am glad you are here! Problems can be big or small and we cannot always find the answers ourselves. That is what we do, and in a variety of ways. I love applying neuroscience to the sessions when appropriate, because knowing why we react to certain things can often gives us unique tools to better react. Think of a standard screwdriver but instead, having the kind with all the different attachments gives you options.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to draw from many theories depending on the client’s unique challenges and personality. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing, because we are all different, and our problems are different. Before we can find a solution, we need to identify the problem, then we can decide together how to best work on it. My job is to work myself out of a job and give you the skills and tools you need to better manage your life, going forward.

What you can expect from me

Clarity, understanding, and a better idea of why you are having issues and hopefully a better way to manage them.
