Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) practicing in Maryland with over 20 years of experience helping adults manage anxiety, depression, stress, and the uncertainty that often accompanies major life changes. Many of my clients describe feeling “stuck” — wanting something to shift but unsure how to move forward. I provide a warm, collaborative environment where we can explore what’s holding you back, identify your strengths, and create practical strategies for meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by the mind-body connection, recognizing how thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses interact to shape our experiences. Sessions are conversational, supportive, and focused on helping you build awareness, regulate stress, and develop tools that lead to empowerment and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You’ll find therapy with me to be genuine, collaborative, and practical. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can reflect openly, discover insight, and learn new ways to approach challenges with confidence and self-compassion.
