Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker who enjoys helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, and life transitions. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck and are looking for a space to slow down, process, and feel more in control of their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each person's needs. I believe there's no one-size-fits all approach, so I draw from different methods to support you in a way that feels most helpful. We'll take time to understand what's going on beneath the surface while also gently challenging you when needed to help you grow and move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you into therapy. How much or how little is shared is decided by you.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a sense of relief that you've taken an important step toward feeling better- even if we're just beginning to sort things out.
