I am accepting new clients! As a licensed Clinical Practicing Counselor (LCPC) in Maine, I bring more than 17 years of experience helping adults, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges. I've had the privilege of supporting people through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, family changes, grief, and many transitions in life. I enjoy working with adults and teens and providing practical strategies to support individuals.
My approach is warm, compassionate, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe every person has strengths that can be built upon even during life's most difficult times.
