Great to meet you!

I am accepting new clients! As a licensed Clinical Practicing Counselor (LCPC) in Maine, I bring more than 17 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges. I've had the privilege of supporting young people through academic pressures, anxiety, relationship struggles, family changes, grief, and many transitions that come with growing up. I enjoy working with teens, and adults and providing practical strategies to support individuals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe every person has strengths that can be built upon even during life's most difficult times.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to assist individuals to develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, increase confidence, and create long lasting positive changes. I look forward to working together to help you move toward a greater emotional wellness and a more fulfilling life.
