Great to meet you!

I am board certified psychotherapist (LCMHC) and I work with individuals using evidence-based practices and a warm, person centered approach. Relying on an assortment of methods, I never forget to treat each client as a new person with warmth, curiosity, and empathy. I have been practicing for four years and have primary experience and focus in ages 15-25, working with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help while simultaneously following the lead of my clientele towards their goals and with their needs in mind. I am always in interested in how you think and feel and will flex my approach to meet your strengths and individual needs.

What you can expect from me

I typically begin with an introductory session in which I both hear about your story and your reasons for seeking therapy. I strive to maintain a warm and welcoming environment in which you are accepted. After establishing what you are working towards, following sessions will address these reasons and integrate helpful skills as well as any new focuses in order to meet your needs.
