Great to meet you!

Welcome to Elevated Psychotherapy Collective. Please also visit www.elevatedcollective.org. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My educational background includes a Masters in Counseling from UNC Greensboro. I bring extensive experience in risk assessment, crisis intervention, consultation, and clinical leadership. I currently serve in clinical senior leader roles providing consultation across various settings including crisis lines, community mental health, university counseling centers, and employee assistance programs.

My approach to therapy

I approach the therapy space with warmth and compassion. I provide structured psychotherapy for adults who are seeking support around emotional regulation, relational patterns, burnout, and life transitions. My approach integrates solution-focused strategies and foundational skills from attachment-informed care.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be warm and supportive. In the first session, we will discuss your presenting concerns, expectations for therapy, and collaborate on goals and a treatment plan. In order to model a healthy ending to the therapeutic relationship, we will work together to determine the number of sessions we may need to complete your goals. Through out sessions, you can expect compassionate care and a safe space to support you in navigating your emotional experience. You are welcome to learn more at www.elevatedcollective.org.
