Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Whitney, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma. I support teens, young adults, and individuals working through anxiety, self-worth concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My style is collaborative and person-centered, blending empathy, humor, and evidence-based tools to support meaningful, lasting growth. I believe real change happens when you feel safe enough to show up as you are. Together, we’ll focus on building clarity, confidence, and a more balanced path forward.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and centered on helping clients feel truly seen and understood. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and person-centered techniques to support growth and self-awareness. I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions. Sessions often include reflection, gentle challenge, and practical tools clients can use beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you in, what you’d like to change, and what feeling “better” might look like for you. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful about the process ahead. Together, we’ll begin building a plan that fits your needs and moves you toward meaningful growth.
