Great to meet you!

My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed by life’s challenges yet still holds a quiet hope that things can get better. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, family stress, school or behavioral challenges with their children, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients want a space where they feel understood, supported, and not judged. They seek practical tools, emotional relief, and genuine connection with a therapist who meets them where they are.

My approach to therapy

These clients often need help regulating emotions, improving communication, healing from past experiences, and building healthier patterns within their families and relationships. They want to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their lives. Parents may be looking for guidance with behaviors, IEP support, or ways to strengthen their relationship with their child. Teens want someone safe to talk to, and adults want clarity, peace, and direction.

What you can expect from me

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in child-parent therapy, trauma-informed care, and play-based interventions, I offer a warm, down-to-earth, practical approach. I focus on creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported while learning skills they can actually use in daily life. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, I help clients build resilience, process difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and move toward their goals with confidence and compassion.
