Great to meet you!

Hello! I have happily worked in the mental/behavioral health field for over a decade in a variety of settings including private practice, residential treatment, IOP/PHP programs, and state/local government and nonprofit organizations. I have developed a skill set and expertise working with individuals ranging in age, diverse backgrounds and clinical needs such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, addiction, crisis intervention, life adjustments and much more.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a mix of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Therapy, (ACT) Motivational Interviewing, Emotion-Focused and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you share your story in an open and non-judgmental environment.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions together we will focus on self-exploration and developing skills that will help you better understand and manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this process of exploration, meaning-making, and skill development, I will do my best to help you reclaim a sense of purpose and manageability over your life. I also help clients develop a growth mindset that enables them to feel empowered to achieve their life and career goals.
