Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on supporting women recovering from trauma, including relationship wounds, systemic harassment, and sexual trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, stuck in patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, or struggling to set boundaries—often after experiences that have impacted their self-trust, voice, or sense of identity.

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a background in culturally attuned care and expressive, body-based approaches to healing. I specialize in supporting clients as they rebuild a sense of connection to themselves through creativity, insight, and nervous system awareness. My work is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate, with an emphasis on helping you feel more clear, steady, and at home in yourself over time!

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping you reconnect with your sense of self in a grounded, sustainable way. I integrate talk therapy with Somatic Experiencing, Art Therapy, and nature-based practices to support both emotional insight and nervous system regulation. I work with clients at a pace that feels safe and respectful, rather than rushed or prescriptive. Together, we pay attention to patterns, body cues, and lived experience to support deeper understanding and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy in a supportive, low-pressure way. I’ll ask questions about your history, current concerns, and what you hope to feel or experience through therapy. My goal is to create a grounded and welcoming space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You can expect to leave with a clearer sense of how I work, and we’ll begin identifying initial goals that feel meaningful and manageable for you.
