The heart of my practice is Person Centered - focusing on each individual's needs, preferences, and values - emphasizing respect, empathy, acceptance, autonomy, empowerment, and self-actualization.
My experiences include working with a wide range of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression, autism and ADHD, to deeper issues with meaning, identity, purpose, motivation, existential issues, and spirituality. I also have experience with intensive outpatient programs, helping young adults transition from residential treatment to independent living, as well as supporting clients through other life adjustments in areas such as school, sports, physical health/injuries/disabilities, career development, relationships/family, and living situations.
I am a firm believer that therapy is for everyone, so I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and in various life stages.
