Great to meet you!

I use a relational and holistic therapy approach to facilitate healing and change. Informed by my education, training, and experiences, I dedicate myself to my clients’ best interest and a nonjudgmental space, where you will receive genuine support and gentle guidance.

My approach to therapy

The heart of my practice is Person Centered - focusing on each individual's needs, preferences, and values - emphasizing respect, empathy, acceptance, autonomy, empowerment, and self-actualization.

My experiences include working with a wide range of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression, autism and ADHD, to deeper issues with meaning, identity, purpose, motivation, existential issues, and spirituality. I also have experience with intensive outpatient programs, helping young adults transition from residential treatment to independent living, as well as supporting clients through other life adjustments in areas such as school, sports, physical health/injuries/disabilities, career development, relationships/family, and living situations.

I am a firm believer that therapy is for everyone, so I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and in various life stages.

What you can expect from me

As I get to know you, your story, and what you’re looking for, you can expect personalized care, including emotional and practical support to help you reach your therapy goals and simply feel better/heard.

I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable space where vulnerability is taken serious and appreciated, while also incorporating lightheartedness, humor, and celebration. Whatever you are going through or wherever you are at in life - I look forward to meeting you there and working collaboratively.
