Great to meet you!

Great to meet you. I'm Wil Ureña, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and founder of Forge & Hour Therapy.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, men's issues, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are used to being the person others depend on. They may be doing well on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, overthinking, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they want to change.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in getting to know you as a person, not just a diagnosis. Together, we'll look at what's contributing to the stress you're experiencing, better understand the patterns underneath it, and build tools that can help you feel more confident in how you handle relationships, emotions, and everyday life.

I have experience working with men, Veterans, neurodivergent individuals, young adults, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Therapy doesn't require you to have everything figured out before you start. We can begin with where you are and work from there.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to you. I use EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and solution focused techniques to help you work through challenges, better understand yourself, and build practical skills for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

At Forge and Hour Therapy, I offer a supportive, judgment-free space to work through stress, past experiences, relationship challenges, and personal growth. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and find practical ways to move forward.
