Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up fully as yourself, without judgment, pressure, or needing to have everything figured out. I’m a compassionate and collaborative therapist who values authenticity, curiosity, and connection in the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a space where clients feel both supported and challenged in ways that promote growth.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, recognize their strengths, and move toward the life they want for themselves.

I see therapy as more than problem-solving; it can also be a place for healing, self-discovery, and learning new ways to relate to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting clients where they are. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership, where you feel safe enough to be honest, reflective, and sometimes even a little uncomfortable in service of growth.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness-based practices, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions, while tailoring therapy to each person’s needs and goals. Some sessions may focus on practical tools and coping strategies; others may involve deeper exploration of patterns, relationships, or experiences that have shaped you.

I bring curiosity, compassion, and directness into the room. I may help you challenge unhelpful patterns, but I also believe humor, humanity, and even moments of lightness can have a place in therapy.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about starting a conversation. You can expect a warm, supportive space where we talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope might change.

I’ll ask questions to get to know you, your history, and your goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I also see the first session as a chance for you to get a feel for me and how I work. Therapy is a relationship, and fit matters. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful—with a clearer sense that you don’t have to navigate things alone.
