Great to meet you!
I believe some of the most meaningful healing happens when we have a safe place to fully be ourselves—to talk honestly about what’s really going on, make sense of our experiences, and begin imagining what life can look like moving forward.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in behavioral health, child welfare, healthcare, clinical leadership, and community-based practice. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, my Master of Social Work from North Carolina Central University, and my Doctor of Social Work from Simmons University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging seasons. My clinical interests include grief and loss, stress, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, caregiver challenges, and helping people navigate periods when life simply feels overwhelming or uncertain.
