Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and active duty Army behavioral health provider. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand—especially around anxiety, trauma, relationships, and major life stressors. My goal is to create a space where you can be real, feel understood, and start making sense of what’s actually going on beneath the surface.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and straightforward. I use evidence-based methods like CBT and trauma-focused work, but I focus on helping you apply things in a way that actually fits your life. We’ll work on identifying patterns, challenging the thoughts that keep you stuck, and building tools you can use outside of sessions—not just insight, but real change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting a clear picture of what’s going on and what brought you in. I’ll ask questions to understand your situation, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you want to change. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll just start where you are. We’ll also talk about what therapy could look like moving forward and what might actually be helpful for you. I tend to keep things conversational and straightforward, not overly clinical. By the end, you should have a better sense of whether this feels like a good fit and a direction for what we’d work on together.
