Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Will. I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation, not like you’re being analyzed under a microscope while sitting on a weird couch. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and LGBTQ+ identity and experiences, and I use approaches like DBT to help clients build practical skills while also feeling genuinely understood. My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth, with a little humor mixed in because life is already serious enough. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to figure yourself out a little better, I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable being themselves, so I focus on creating a space that feels welcoming, judgment free, and authentic. I draw from DBT and other evidence based approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, improve relationships, manage stress, and build coping skills that actually fit their real life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing them to therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We’ll explore your goals, what’s been feeling difficult lately, and what you hope to get out of therapy, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
