Great to meet you!

My main focus is on affective disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder. I am also trained to work with those that are diagnosed with a personality disorder, have substance abuse disorders, or who are in need of one on one therapy for life's issues. Additionally, I have lived experience as a first responder, and I also have a specialty in crisis intervention counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in the power of the individual and that everyone has intrinsic worth that is never in jeopardy. It is my job to not only to get you to accept that, but to accept yourself, empower you to be more than what you think, and also be okay with the ambiguous.

What you can expect from our first session

I will challenge you and approach your topic of discussion with a unique blend of pragmatism and unconditional positive regard.
