Great to meet you!

Relationship-focused clinical social worker experienced in Child Development and family systems combined with evidence-based practical tools

My approach to therapy

My goal is provide clients with a safe space to explore and learn about normal emotional responses and how we can communicate about those emotions to the people who matter in our lives. With a strong developmental foundation and knowledge of child development, I create the opportunity for clients to destigmatize their emotional responses and coping skills in a judgment-free environment while fostering curiosity, teamwork, and achieving goals with new skills.

What you can expect from me

Meeting clients where they are, our sessions allow for safe exploration of themes like childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, parenthood, and life transitions combined with empathy and actionable items to propel growth and process valid concerns and issues.
