Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing individual therapy to adolescents, transitional-age youth, and adults. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in school-based, clinical, residential, community, and mobile treatment settings, supporting clients through a variety of life challenges and transitions.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment concerns, self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, and substance use. I believe each person brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals to therapy, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide support, guidance, and tools to help you work toward the changes you want to make.

I use an integrated approach that draws from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Depending on your needs and goals, we may explore patterns of thinking and behavior, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-esteem, improve communication and relationships, or identify practical steps toward positive change.

I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Together, we can build on your existing strengths, develop resilience, and work toward greater confidence and well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and welcomed. We’ll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy, what you would like support with, and what you hope to accomplish through our work together.

I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, experiences, strengths, and goals while allowing space for you to share at your own pace. We’ll also begin identifying areas that may benefit from additional support and discuss strategies that can help you move forward.

Most importantly, I want your first session to feel like the beginning of a collaborative relationship. You can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we can work together to establish goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you.
