Great to meet you!

As a social worker for over 10 years I’ve come to understand that my clients need to know I care about their mental health and am willing to create a safe space to explore it.

I have years of experience working with individuals and families to address depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, adjustment issues, autism, and family relations. I’m a proud member of the LGBTQ community, and can be sensitive to individuals navigating sexuality and gender.

My approach to therapy

I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to individualize treatment with each client. My belief is that you are the expert on yourself and as we build rapport in a therapeutic relationship we will be able to help you overcome obstacles in your journey to wellness.

What you can expect from me

I approach therapy from a person centered, relational, humanistic perspective. I will help you create goals for yourself during the initial phase of treatment and empower you to reach them.
