Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with veterans, adults, and teens facing anxiety, trauma, stress, and major life challenges. My approach is practical and supportive, using evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT to help you build real coping skills. I also have training in crisis intervention and helping people regain stability during difficult periods. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and equipped to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, practical, and focused on helping clients build real-life skills they can use outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to change or improve in your life. I focus on creating a calm, respectful space where you can speak openly without feeling judged or rushed. Together we will begin identifying your goals and the areas you want to work on, whether that involves managing anxiety, processing trauma, or building stronger coping skills. By the end of the session, we will have a clearer plan for how therapy can support your progress moving forward.
