Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field and 11 years of experience as a licensed therapist. Throughout my career I have supported clients through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. I was born and raised in Hawaiʻi, where I developed a deep appreciation for connection, community, relationships, and the importance of caring for the whole person. Those values continue to shape the way I approach therapy and the importance I place on understanding each person within the context of their family, culture, relationships, and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, compassionate, culturally responsive, and strengths-based, drawing from family systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.

What you can expect from me

I believe we all have the capacity for growth and healing, and I’m here to support you at your own pace while honoring your individual goals, values, and experiences. In our sessions, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we can talk openly about what is happening in your life, explore patterns that may be getting in the way, and identify practical ways to support meaningful change. We’ll work together to determine what feels most helpful for you, with space to reflect, gain insight, build coping skills, and celebrate progress along the way.
