I have a MA in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College. I am EMDRIA trained to provide EMDR intervention for trauma and PTSD. I am also trained in the Gottman Method to provide support for couples at any stage of the relationship. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the States of Oregon and Washington.

I combine my interest in the healing power of solution-focused therapy with my natural inclination towards systems-level thinking to help clients discover and develop their resources and tools. I work from a holistic perspective integrating mind, body, relationships, social locations, cultural influences, faith and spirituality in our work together. This helps me understand the context in which challenges arise and identify resources that may help resolve some of those challenges. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process in which the therapist and client work together to identify goals for therapy.

It takes an enormous amount of courage to recognize our need for extra support. What we don't often realize is that we already have the tools to help us lean into our vulnerabilities and do the hard work. The tools we acquired helped us survive 100 percent of our worst days. I am here to provide you with a safe and supportive space to help you rise. Together we can embark on a journey to help you not just to survive, but to thrive.
