Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a passionate, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 18 years of experience in psychiatric and medical-surgical hospital care. I’m dedicated to helping people of all ages manage and diagnose ADHD, anxiety, treatment resistance depression, PTSD, and substance use disorder through evidence-based care and innovative treatments. I bring energy, compassion, and a strong clinical foundation to patients in all ages—and I’m also fluent in Mandarin!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach care with empathy, patience, and a true passion for helping each person thrive. I believe in blending holistic strategies with evidence-based treatments, including medical cannabis certification when appropriate. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth feel possible.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect genuine support, personalized care, and a real partnership. Your needs are always my priority—whether it’s needing help with letters or forms or just finding the right support. I intentionally keep my rates lower than average for self-pay patients to make sure high-quality care is accessible and never feels like a burden. I guarantee I’ll return your requests within a day and will always be here to respond to your needs with care and respect.
