Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Yahsemin. I am licensed in California and Nevada. I am passionate about working with couples, individuals, and young adults who are facing some of life’s challenges and are experiencing conflict in their relationships. I have experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a safe validating space, holding a non-judgmental environment in which clients are able to explore healing, and growth. I have a client-centered approach. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, and the Gottman Method. I also use brainspotting (BSP).

My goal is for clients to feel heard and supported and to walk away with tools to face life's challenges.
