Great to meet you!

Hi! I am so glad you are here. Life experiences, transitions, and relationships can be challenging; together we can discover new ways to process difficult emotions, increase self-awareness, and self-confidence. I enjoy supporting women and individuals experiencing life stressors and during the perinatal and postpartum periods as they adjust and transition into motherhood and parenthood.

My scope of practice also includes: Life transitions and adjustments, motherhood/parenthood, attachment, anxiety, depression, working with first generation folks, college students, trauma, relationships, and pregnancy loss.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, genuine, and tailored to each client. I believe in approaching ourselves with compassion, kindness, and curiosity. I aim to co-create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore, feel validated and heard, and heal. My theoretical orientation is integrative encompassing a multicultural, positive psychology, strengths-based approach, as well as the incorporation of Trauma-Informed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Together, we'll explore thought patterns, emotions, and communication as we navigate through the overwhelm to help you gain clarity and confidently make decisions and set boundaries that truly honor your values. Your journey towards rediscovering a sense balance, joy, and self-compassion doesn’t have to be taken alone.

Let's connect and see how I can support as you make meaning of your life experiences. You deserve to be well.
