My postgraduate training in psychoanalytic-psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy in conjunction with my studies in mentalization based therapy and dialectic behavioral therapy have equipped me to work with people presenting with various needs and adversities.
